Shipping and Delivery White Glove Service
Your order is delivered by experienced furniture delivery personnel. The merchandise is inspected and deluxed as necessary by our team, blanket wrapped and loaded for transport to your delivery address. Merchandise is placed in your space, cartons are removed. *Delivery team do not hang mirrors or artwork, they do not assemble lighting. A responsible person is required to receive the goods and sign off as to their acceptable condition. Should there be any apparent damage noted, the delivery personnel take photos for reference if service is necessary. Our customer care team will take care of any service or replacement as deemed necessary to bring the merchandise up to accepted industry standards.
Additional charges may apply to items being delivered to difficult areas such as a large number of stairs, items that are extremely heavy, oversized items and fragile items. We will advise at time of order of any surcharge.

High quality furnishings require high quality shipping and handling, all deliveries use our white glove delivery service.
Delivery rates are from our Calgary facility to a single address in major Canadian centers. Delivery rates to areas not listed will be by quotation from our client service personnel.

Deliveries to rural areas outside the trading areas noted above will be quoted. Our flat rate service covers the cost of delivery to major cities, the delivery from there to rural addresses will be quoted as an additional charge.

We will quote white glove delivery for all deliveries to the United States.
Drop Ship - White Glove Delivery
If your order is to be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer Domaine will arrange for the goods to be delivered by experienced furniture delivery personnel. When the merchandise is ready to be shipped to you, full payment is required, (less your initial deposit). The order cannot be held for more than 14 days by the manufacturer after it is ready to ship. The goods are insured for any transit damages, the carrier is responsible to deliver your order in acceptable condition. In the event of damages or service requirements Domaine will coordinate the service required and assist with any freight or service issues. The client is responsible to inspect the order at time of delivery while the driver is present. In the event of damages, the client is required to take photos and note the damages on the delivery receipt. We have extensive experience with this method of shipping, it can save time and handling is also reduced. We will quote any delivery charges when you order.
Prepare for delivery of your order.
To ensure a smooth delivery, It’s the customers responsibility to ensure that all furniture being delivered will fit through doorways, stairways and around corners to be able to be positioned in the intended specific location. *Please advise of any difficult delivery conditions at time of order. The intended areas must be clear of obstructions. The delivery team are not allowed to move existing furniture for liability reasons. In the event elevators are being used the client is responsible to have elevator access arranged in advance.
The client is required to sign the ‘delivery receipt’ that Domaine or the Delivery company provides at the time of delivery, indicating that the goods were delivered in good and acceptable condition. If there is damage to merchandise, the client should contact Domaine immediately to notify us of these damages. Domaine will not be liable for any damages after the client has signed off on the delivery receipt or is not notified within 24 hours.
Damages and Subsequent Repairs
We inspect merchandise when we receive goods from the factory, as well as when preparing for delivery to the end client. Our in-store shipping personnel are qualified in deluxing and finishing and take necessary steps to bring goods up to an acceptable industry standard. In the event there are damages or defects we reserve the right to repair as per industry standards. On occasion we will replace the item as necessary and according to the manufacturer's warranty.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Nonreturnable items include special orders, “on sale” and “as is” items, gift cards.
You are responsible to pay all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your refund will be processed after the return is received and inspected within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48hrs of receiving the item if it is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Condition of goods, industry standards, warranty.
Domaine is not responsible for naturally occurring variances in wood, leather, fabric and craftsmanship, as these differences are part of the unique characteristics of each product. All manufacturers’ warranties & disclaimers apply. Warranty documentation is available upon request. Items not covered under any manufacturers’ warranties include and are not limited to negligence, fabrics, ordinary wear, improper cleaning, public use, abuse or acts of nature. Regular care and maintenance to extend the life and look of the product is highly recommended. Specific care instructions are available from Domaine upon request. Domaine strongly recommends fabric protection or furniture protection plans. Domaine is not responsible for manufacturer or shipping delays (i.e. productivity, materials not in stock, etc.). The manufacturer will process your order in the order it was received. Lead times given are approximate and may take more or less time for production and/or shipping. Domaine cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
