A collaboration between Township Collective and Domaine, this multifamily residential project was envisioned to elevate the rental living experience through thoughtful design, comfort, and community.

Starting in the summer of 2025, the first phase of design development included The Flats and The Streams, two contemporary residential buildings designed to offer residents a refined yet welcoming place to call home.

Led by Domaine Designer Heidi Marcia, the interiors were inspired by the natural beauty of Alberta's landscapes. The design palette reflects the warm tones of the prairie grasslands, layered with textures and finishes reminiscent of the nearby Rocky Mountains.

Natural materials, rich textures, and sophisticated neutrals create a sense of balance, warmth, and connection throughout the shared amenity spaces and residential interiors.

Every design decision was guided by the desire to create spaces that feel both elevated and approachable, places where residents can gather, unwind, and enjoy a lifestyle centred around comfort and community.
